New Orleans – The NOPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Ronald Ruiz (pictured; DOB: 8/30/75) for a package theft that occurred on April 4, 2020.
Ruiz, who was recently wanted and arrested for multiple package thefts between December and March, was captured on surveillance cameras stealing a package off the porch of a home in the 4400 block of Cleveland Street.
