NOPD Seeking Identity Theft Suspect

New Orleans – The NOPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the pictured unidentified female subject who is involved in an identity theft incident that occurred on December 21, 2019.

At around 1:30 a.m., the victim told police he was in French Quarter when he though he lost his cell phone. Later, the cell phone was returned by an unknown woman; however all of the credit cards were missing from the phone’s case. At some point, the victim reportedly blacked out and when he woke up both his phone and the woman had disappeared. Later, the victim discovered several unauthorized charges totaling $1000 on his debit card made at an ATM.
