NOPD Identifies Suspect in Seventh District Attempted Rape

The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Kevin Francisco-Rochez (pictured, DOB: 07-27-1993) in the investigation of an attempted rape that occurred on February 27, 2020 in the 15000 block of Dwyer Road.

When located, Francisco-Rochez will be arrested on a charge of attempted first degree rape.

Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact NOPD Sex Crimes Unit detectives at 504-658-5523, or to call anonymously to Crimestoppers of Greater New Orleans at 504-822-1111 or toll-free at 1-877-903-STOP.
