The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying and locating suspects believed to be responsible for a vehicle burglary in the 3900 block of Utah Street on April 5, 2019.
At about 2:56 a.m., subjects were seen on video surveillance gaining access to the victim’s automobiles parked in the victim’s driveway.
