NOPD officers are searching for Kentrell Lockett (DOB: 01/21/2000) after he was accused of carjacking a victim near the intersection of Carnot and Arts streets.
The victim told police that on April 15, 2019 at or around 10 a.m., she offered the subject a ride. While in transit, Lockett reportedly grabbed the victim around her throat and ordered her to exit the vehicle. The victim complied and Lockett fled the scene in the victim’s vehicle.
