The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating and identifying a subject believed to be responsible for a business burglary in the 2500 block of Banks Street on April 16, 2019.
At about 3:14 a.m., the pictured subject was seen arriving at the location on a bicycle before smashing through the front door with a sledgehammer and stealing the cash register lock box before fleeing the location.
Surveillance video in this inciden can be viewed in the above video. Note that video depicts the subject walking past the business at the 0:45 second mark before smashing through the entry door at the 3:15 minute mark.
