Suspect Sought by NOPD for Theft by Fraud on Bourbon Street

The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating the pictured subject who is wanted in connection with a theft by fraud incident that occurred in the Eighth District.

The victim told police that on March 30, 2019 at or around 2 a.m., he was at a business located in the 200 block of Bourbon Street when he sat his cellphone and debit card down on a table. Moments later, the victim noticed that both his cellphone and credit card were missing. 

The victim reportedly checked his account and noticed that several charges were made on his debit card. The pictured subject was captured on surveillance video at Harrah’s Casino the same morning withdrawing funds from the victim’s account.
