The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate an individual seen on surveillance video in the investigation of a theft in the 8200 block of Oak Street on March 25, 2019.
At about 4:55 a.m., the above unknown subject was seen entering the rear yard of a business. The subject then reportedly stole a large amount of cleaning supplies from the exterior of the business before fleeing the scene.
It should be noted that the subject is seen walking with a very distinctive limp on the right leg.
