Suspect Identified by NOPD in Fourth District Domestic Aggravated Assault
The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Darroll Borskey (DOB: 04-26-1997) for a domestic aggravated assault which occurred in the 1300 block of Atlantic Avenue on April 23, 2019.

Through investigation, NOPD Fourth District detectives determined that Borskey was allegedly involved in a verbal argument with her girlfriend, who is currently pregnant. During the argument, Borskey reportedly began to hit the victim in her body and head. He then allegedly became angry when the victim’s dog continued to bark and reportedly began to hit the dog with an object. The dog was later found to have died after the attack.

Borskey then allegedly forced the victim to enter his vehicle and relocated her to another location. After leaving that location, Borskey allegedly returned shortly thereafter armed with a firearm and forced the victim once again to leave with him, before he allowed her to exit the vehicle. Borskey then fled the scene.

When located, Borskey will be arrested for domestic abuse aggravated assault, domestic abuse battery, simple kidnapping, and aggravated cruelty to an animal.
