Suspect Identified by NOPD in Aggravated Burglary, Theft in Sixth District

The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Raney Bibbins (DOB; 08-21-1981) in connection with an aggravated burglary and theft incident reported in the 3000 block of Thomas Street on April 29, 2019.

The victim of the incident alleged that Bibbins kicked in her residence door, strangled her and stole her cellphone. She said that Bibbins then fled the location in a navy blue Audi vehicle with a temporary license plate.

Based on investigation by Sixth District detectives, a warrant was obtained for Bibbins’ arrest for aggravated burglary and theft in this incident.
