Suspect, Person of Interest Sought in Eighth District Auto Burglary

The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a suspect and a person of interest in the investigation of an auto burglary which occurred on March 22, 2019 in the 1000 block of Burgundy Street.

At about 10:30 a.m., the pictured suspect – who was clad in a dark colored jacket with gold writing on the front and back with blue ripped jeans and black tennis shoes – reportedly entered an unlocked vehicle, where he took a phone charger. 

The pictured person of interest – who was clad in a black knit cap with a dark colored jacket with orange or red writing on the front with orange or red shoes – was initially seen accompanying the pictured suspect. This subject is not wanted in connection with this incident, but detective wish to question this subject.
