The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating a school bus reported as stolen on April 24, 2019.
At about 1:00 a.m., a Thomas school bus owned by Atlantic & Southern Transportation Company was stolen from a parking lot in the 11000 block of Chef Menteur Highway.
The bus is described as being yellow in color and last seen bearing Louisiana license plate A108192. The bus also features the number “16827” on its fenders and on its hood.
For reference, a photo is included of a bus similar in make and model to the bus reported stolen in this incident.
