The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject believed to be responsible for a theft incident in the 800 block of Royal Street on April 19, 2019.
The pictured unknown male subject is wanted for allegedly stealing a ring worth approximately $3,289.00 from a business in the area on April 19th. The subject is said to be soft spoken and well worded in his actions.
