The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject observed using a credit card that was reported stolen.
On February 25, 2019, the pictured subject was seen on surveillance footage using a credit card reported stolen during a vehicle burglary that occurred the 100 block of North Broad Street that same day. When the cashier requested an ID to compare the names on the cards, the subject reportedly canceled the purchase, took the credit card and exited the store.
