The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a suspect seen in possession of a vehicle reported as stolen from the 1200 block of St. Charles Avenue on April 3, 2019.
The victim told police that he parked his black 2014 Ford Expedition bearing Louisiana license plate YHL234 in an elevated parking area of his parking garage at about 6:15 p.m. in the 1200 block of St Charles Avenue. When the victim returned to the location on April 3 at about 7:15 a.m., the victim observed his vehicle to be missing.
A review of surveillance footage showed the pictured subject stealing the victim’s pictured vehicle.
The suspect is described as an unknown black male with a beard and wearing dark clothing and a light-colored beanie hat.
