NOPD officers are searching for a black 2013 Dodge Charger bearing Louisiana license plate #696CWM that was reported stolen from the 3000 block of Garden Oaks Drive.
On April 13, 2019 at or around 10:20 a.m., the victim parked his vehicle in the communal parking area of his apartment complex. The victim reportedly returned to the location at or around 1:10 p.m. and discovered his vehicle was missing from the area.
