The NOPD has arrested Jonathan Gilliam (DOB; 06-29-1986) after he was found to be in illegal possession of a vehicle reported as stolen.
On April 23, 2019, Gilliam allegedly reported to police that his vehicle was the victim of a vehicle burglary. As the reported vehicle had no license plate nor did it have documentation, NOPD Seventh District officers researched the vehicle’s VIN and discovered it to have been reported stolen from Texas.
Gilliam was arrested and booked into the Orleans Parish Justice Center for illegal possession of stolen vehicle.
