NOPD officers have arrested Robert Diggs (DOB: 11/08/1970) in connection with a shoplifting incident that occurred at a Walmart located in the 6000 block of Bullard Avenue.
On April 1, 2019 at or around 8:23 a.m., Diggs was observed walking through the business while filling bags with unpurchased merchandise. The subject was quickly apprehended after attempting to flee the location.
Officers confiscated over $300 worth of merchandise in the subject’s possession. Diggs was transported to the Orleans Parish Justice Center where he was booked accordingly.
