Three Suspects Arrested for Drug and Gun Violations in Fourth District

The NOPD Fourth District Task Force Officers, along with the NOPD Special Operations Division arrested three suspects on drug and gun violations.              

Officers apprehended John Mosley (DOB: 02-17-1972), Shontrice Mosley (DOB: 02-22-1981) and Albert Mosley (DOB: 10-04-1974) on Wednesday, (April 18) in the 5600 block of Tullis Street.

A search warrant of the residence yielded two fully loaded semi-automatic handguns, with extended magazines, 13 grams of heroin, 10.3 grams of crack cocaine and over $1,000 in cash.

The three subjects were charged with possession of a firearm while in possession of illegal narcotics, convicted felon in possession of a firearm, possession with the intent to distribute heroin and possession with the intent to distribute crack cocaine.
