Suspect Wanted for Illegal Possession of Stolen Things, Fraud in Fourth District

The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Lionisha Parsee (DOB: 08-18-1995) in connection with possessing items reported stolen during a residence burglary in the 1800 block of Mardi Gras Boulevard on March 27, 2018.

During the course of the residence burglary, Parsee was positively identified as the subject in possession of the victim’s credit card. In addition, Parsee allegedly committed fraudulent acts with the victim’s card.

When located, Parsee will be arrested for illegal possession of stolen things, access device fraud and forgery.
