Suspect Arrested for Aggravated Battery by Cutting Incident on General Taylor

NOPD officers have arrested Patrice Stevenson (DOB: 08/31/89) for an aggravated battery by cutting incident that occurred in the 2900 block of General Taylor. 

The incident happened on March 28, 2018. At about 6:54 p.m., a juvenile victim became involved in a verbal altercation with Stevenson regarding the behavior of three other juveniles. During the argument, a physical fight erupted, and Stevenson removed a kitchen knife from her pants and caused multiple lacerations to the 17- year-old victim.

With assistance from the T.I.G.E.R Unit, the Second District Investigative Unit was able to execute a search warrant on Stevenson’s residence where she was apprehended on April 9, 2018.
