The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate two subjects believed to be responsible for a simple burglary of a building under construction in the 1000 block of Canal Street on March 22, 2018.
The burglary is believed to have occurred between 2:00 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. During this time, an unknown black male subject entered the location, while the second black male subject on a red bicycle with green strip lights on the front tire stayed outside. Both subjects then fled the area shortly thereafter with construction equipment.
