Suspect Wanted for Theft, Access Device Fraud on Dumaine Street

The NOPD is requesting assistance from the public in locating an individual believed to be responsible for a theft and access device fraud in the 1500 block of Dumaine Street on March 31, 2017.

At about 4:30 a.m., a theft occurred at the location. The unknown black female pictured is believed to have taken possession of the victim’s debit card without authorization and used the card to make numerous transactions at several different locations in both Orleans and Jefferson parishes. The subject is captured on surveillance camera utilizing the debit card at multiple locations.
