The NOPD is asking for assistance in locating and identifying a man after he was seen taking a victim’s wallet from her purse.
The incident happened on April 24, 2017. At around 1:50 p.m., an unknown male subject was seen entering the Walmart in the 4000 block of Behrman Place. The subject then walked into the store and took a victim’s wallet from her purse which was in a grocery basket at the time. The suspect was then seen exiting the store and fleeing in a silver colored SUV.
