The NOPD is requesting assistance in locating and identifying those responsible for a shooting that occurred on August 28, 2023, in the 300 block of Decatur Street.
At approximately 1:00 a.m., the perpetrators of this incident arrived in what is believed to be a newer model Toyota Highlander with dark tint. One of the perpetrators emerged from the vehicle, shot the victim, and returned to the vehicle – which fled the location.
