The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in locating a subject wanted in connection with aggravated assault with a firearm in the Fifth District.
On September 23, 2023, the victims reported being involved in an altercation in the 5400 block of North Rampart at about 8:00 p.m.
According to investigators, 18-year-old Taliyha Lasha Webster (pictured, black female DOB: 1-20-2005), produced a firearm.
Webster is being sought on two counts of aggravated assault with a firearm.
