The NOPD is seeking the public’s assistance to identify and locate the pictured subject after he was observed on surveillance video committing a theft in the 5000 block of Prytania Street.
On August 14, 2019 around 5:40 a.m., the pictured subject was observed going through the victim’s mailbox and removing several checks. The subject then stuffed the checks in front of his pants and fled the scene.
