The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a suspect in the investigation of a theft that occurred on August 20, 2019.
At approximately 11:56 a.m., the pictured unknown black male was seen entering the location in the 300 block of Bourbon Street and then allegedly relocated behind the desk and removed the victim’s black bag, containing personal items and fled the location in an unknown direction.
