The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in the investigation of a simple burglary that occurred on August 28, 2019.
At about 4:15 p.m., the pictured dark colored GMC pick-up truck with a small U-Haul trailer backed into the driveway of an unoccupied house in the 100 block of Chalfant Drive. An unknown male with a light complexion exited the truck and proceeded to enter the back yard of the property. The male allegedly forced open the back door and stole several brand new appliances from the residence, before fleeing north on Chalfant Drive.
