The NOPD has obtained arrest warrants for Deirdre Ratliff (DOB: 08-13-1978) and Danielle Ratliff (DOB: 12-16-1975) in the investigation of a theft by fraud incident that occurred on July 30, 2019.
Through investigation, NOPD Seventh District detectives determined that the two suspects allegedly used the victim’s debit/credit card to make two payments for a cell phone bill and to place money on a prison inmate’s accounts.
Both suspects are wanted for unauthorized use of a credit card, monetary instrument abuse, bank fraud and possession of stolen things.
