Suspect Sought by NOPD in Cutting Incident in Eighth District

The NOPD is seeking the assistance of the public in locating and identifying a wanted subject in connection with an aggravated battery by cutting incident that occurred on May 25, 2018 at the intersection of Bourbon and Iberville streets.

At or about 4:25 a.m. the above pictured white male was involved in a verbal altercation with an unknown black male in the intersection when he approached a parked vehicle in which the victim was sitting. The pictured subject then allegedly reached into the driver’s side window of the vehicle and slapped a cell phone out of the victim’s hand. The victim then reportedly exited the vehicle to confront the male, at which time the subject allegedly produced a knife and cut the victim.
