Suspect Arrested for Role in Armed Robbery

The NOPD Seventh District has arrested Malik Clark (DOB: 01/5/98) after he was involved in an armed robbery that occurred on September 26, 2017.

At around 8:05 p.m., Seventh District officers were dispatched to investigate an armed robbery at the intersection of Bunker Hill and Burke Roads. While canvassing the area, officers located one of the subjects, later identified as Clark involved in the incident fleeing the scene. After a brief foot chase, officers were able to quickly apprehend Clark. 

Officers were then able to obtain three positive identifications from the victims and a witness in the area after learning Clark was actively involved by luring the victim to the location and acting as a lookout during the incident.

He was arrested for principle to armed robbery and for having a court capias warrant for another incident.
