Suspects Wanted for Aggravated Criminal Damage on South Broad Street

The NOPD needs the public’s help in locating and identifying two suspects in connection to aggravated criminal damage.


On September 6, 2016 at about 1:11 p.m., Second District officers responded to an aggravated criminal damage in the 3700 block of S. Broad Street after receiving reports of gunshots in the area. When officers arrived, witnesses stated the two unknown males were seen wearing masks and armed with AK-47s.  Both men were then seen shooting at another unknown male in the area. The victim then started running onto S. Broad Street. causing traffic to stop and eventually took cover behind a vehicle that was at a stop. The vehicle was then struck numerous times by the gunfire. Both subjects were then seen running behind an abandoned house on General Taylor Street. After a few minutes, witnesses stated seeing the two subjects reappear from the home without the masks, shirts or guns.
