The NOPD is seeking assistance in identifying and locating a person of interest in the ongoing investigation of a homicide that occurred on October 18, 2023, in the 3400 block of Franklin Avenue.
Through investigation, NOPD Homicide Section detectives have developed the pictured unknown black female as a person of interest in this investigation. This subject is not currently wanted on criminal charges. However, detectives feel she may have knowledge of information vital to the investigation and wish to question her.
