The NOPD is seeking assistance in identifying and locating the perpetrator of an aggravated criminal damage to property incident that occurred on September 22, 2023, in the 2400 block of Dreux Avenue.
Just before 5:00 a.m. on September 22, the pictured subject and vehicle were involved in an aggravated criminal damage to property incident. The vehicle is believed to be a red or burnt orange color SUV.
