The NOPD is seeking help in identifying two suspects wanted in connection with an armed robbery that occurred in the First District.
On October 14, 2023, at about 6:22 p.m., an armed robbery occurred in the
rear parking lot of a business in the 200 block of South Broad Street.
According to investigators, Suspect #1 (pictured) approached the victim, raised the front of his hoodie revealing a firearm as he demanded her backpack.
The suspect, who was accompanied by a second person, (pictured as Suspect #2) fled with the victim's customized tan/light brown backpack (pictured). The backpack had “J Bueso” engraved on the front.
Suspect one is described as an unidentified male, between the ages of 18 to 20 years old. He was wearing all black clothing and red sneakers.
Suspect two is described as an unidentified male, who was also wearing all black clothing, and gray/white sneakers.
