NOPD Identifies Wanted Suspect in Fifth District Simple Battery Investigation

The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Ketondra Goods (aka Ketondra Norris, pictured, black female, DOB: 03-05-1981) in the ongoing investigation of a simple battery incident on October 20, 2021 at the intersection of North Dorgenois Street and Franklin Avenue.

At about 4:00 p.m., the victim was operating a school bus and had stopped at the location. At that time, an unknown black female allegedly boarded the bus and began yelling at the victim. The female then reportedly physically attacked the victim, dragging her from the school bus. At that time, two additional unknown female subjects standing outside the bus also began to physically assault the victim before the subjects fled the location. The victim refused medical treatment at the scene.

Through investigation, NOPD Fifth District detectives have positively identified Goods as one of the perpetrators in this incident. Detectives continue to work to identify the two additional perpetrators.

Goods is wanted for battery on a school bus driver, unlawful disruption of a school and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
