The NOPD is looking for Horace Toppins IV (pictured, DOB: 01/28/92) for an aggravated assault with a firearm incident on October 12, 2019.
At around 8:30 a.m., Toppins allegedly threatened the victim and her son with a gun at the victim's home in the 6700 block of Bundy Road after being involved in a verbal altercation with the victim’s daughter.
