The NOPD is looking for Gregory Chapman (pictured, DOB: 08/07/65) for a Domestic Aggravated Assault and Battery incident on October 14, 2019.
At around 1:38 a.m., Chapman allegedly threatened to disfigure the victim with a box cutter at a home in the 7900 block of Lehigh Street. Chapman pulled the victim’s hair and cut a swath of it off before leaving the location.
