The NOPD arrested Zachary Winfield (pictured, DOB: 11/17/1972) in the investigation of multiple vehicle burglaries in the Second District between September 22 and September 24, 2019.
NOPD Second District Task Force executed a search warrant at Winfield’s address after he was identified on surveillance video. Officers were also able to recover property reported stolen from several of the vehicle burglaries.
Winfield was booked into the Orleans Parish Justice Center for 11 counts of vehicle burglary, three counts of attempted vehicle burglary, and criminal damage to property.
