The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating two suspects in connection with a purse snatching incident that occurred in the 600 block of Chartres Street on October 10, 2018.
During the incident, the pictured male subject allegedly took the victim’s purse as the pictured female subject accompanied him in fleeing the area.
