The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify the pictured individuals in connection with a theft incident that occurred in the 200 block of Royal Street on September 15, 2018.
At about at 5:09 am, the victim’s debit/credit card was fraudulently used at an ATM located in the area. During the subsequent investigation, the included still photos were obtained from the ATM camera. The pictured black females and black male were captured on video surveillance fraudulently using the victim’s stolen debit/credit card. The three subjects are believed to frequent the French Quarter and the Central Business District areas.
