The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying subjects seen on surveillance video in connection with a theft that occurred in the 100 block of Neil Street on October 7, 2017.
At about 6:15 a.m., the subjects were seen on video loading approximately (25) wooden boards measuring 2x4x14 each and two boxes of construction ties into the pickup truck seen on video and fleeing the scene.
