The NOPD is looking for an unknown male subject who was seen taking a victim’s cell phone and wallet on October 3, 2017.
The victim told police she was walking in the 600 block of South Rampart while holding her cell phone and wallet in her hand when an unknown male subject snatched her property and fled the location.
The subject fled on South Rampart toward Julia before turning river bound then in an unknown direction.
