The NOPD is seeking to speak with three persons of interest in regards to an armed robbery that occurred on September 28, 2017 at the intersection of North Broad and Republic streets.

The victim told police that at about 2:15 p.m., he entered the D&M Supermarket located at the intersection of North Broad and Duels streets. After making a purchase, the victim said, he exited the store and walked northbound on North Broad Street. At that time, the victim said, he was approached by an unknown black male believed to be 17 to 18 years old and wearing blue jeans and a white tank top. After a brief discussion, the victim and subject continued in their respective directions.
