NOPD Searching for Suspect in Aggravated Assault with a Firearm

The NOPD is searching for a subject wanted in connection with an aggravated assault with a firearm that occurred in the 4900 block of Bonita Drive on October 4, 2017.

On that date, Sidney Frazier (aka “Magic”) (DOB: 07-10-1983) is accused of pointing a brown semiautomatic handgun at the victim at the location, as well as making threats to her life.

Frazier allegedly returned several hours later in an unknown blue sedan and reportedly pointed the firearm at the victim a second time and making additional threats to her life.

Frazier is known to frequent the area and was reportedly last seen in a white Buick SUV bearing Louisiana temporary license tag #17839415.

A warrant for Frazier’s arrest has been issued on two counts of aggravated assault with a firearm in this incident. Additionally, Frazier is also wanted by the NOPD for domestic abuse battery in a separate incident.
