The NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating a runaway juvenile.
Harrika Esteen (DOB: 11-09-2000) was last seen leaving her residence in the 3300 block of Clematis Street on October 3, 2016, at approximately 7 p.m. The reporting person stated that Esteen left the home after a disagreement.
Esteen is described as being a 5’ tall black female who weighs approximately 110 pounds. She has red braids, a nose ring and was last seen wearing khaki pants and a white shirt. A photo of the runaway juvenile is included below.
