UPDATE: NOPD has arrested Philip Soublet (DOB: 7-6-90) in the shooting reported at Pauger and North Miro Streets yesterday (Oct. 12). The victim is an adult female who suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

The NOPD is investigating a shooting incident reported in the 2800 block of Pauger Street.
Just after 4:15 p.m. Fifth District officers received reports of a shooting in the area. Initial reports show one female victim. The victim's injuries are non life threathening.
