Missing Person Reported from Rue Parc Fontaine

The NOPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Krystal Denise Scott (DOB: 01-01-1997), who has been reported as missing.

Scott last spoke to the reporting person, identified as her sister, on Friday, September 30, at about 2 p.m. at their apartment in the 3000 block of Rue Parc Fontaine. At that time, Scott said that she was waiting to be picked up by a friend named “Leo” to drive her to Houston, Texas. Since that time, Scott’s sister told police, she has made several attempts to contact Scott on both of her phones, but goes to voice mail each time.

Pictured below, Scott is described as a brown-skinned black female standing approximately 5’5” and weighing about 160 pounds. She has a short black Afro-style haircut and was last seen wearing a black muscle shirt with blue cutoff jean shorts. Scott has a cross tattoo with a heart in the middle on her right arm, near her shoulder.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Krystal Denise Scott is asked to call Fourth District detectives at 504-658-6040.
