UPDATE: Runaway Juvenile located in good health

UPDATE: NOPD detectives report that Kiaria Howard has been located and is in good health.

Earlier story:

The NOPD is searching for a runway juvenile.

On October 8, 2016 at about 4 p.m. Kiaria Howard (DOB: 11-22-02) was last seen by her friends and family leaving her residence on Mandolin Street. However, Howard has not returned home since then. Howard is a habitual runaway.  She is described as being about 130 pounds and 5’2”.
